We accept most PPO dental plans, including Delta Dental, Aetna, Cigna, MetLife, GEHA, UnitedHealthcare, Guardian, Blue Shield, and Anthem Blue Cross. We don’t accept HMO plans. Call (909) 981-6882 and we’ll help check your benefits.

What are your office hours?

Monday 11 AM–7 PM, Wednesday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM, Saturday 9 AM–2 PM. We’re closed Tuesday and Sunday.

How successful are your dental implants?

Dr. Jason Lee has placed dental implants for over 20 years with a 99.6% success rate in our practice. That’s meaningfully better than typical published long-term averages, which are often closer to the mid-90s percent. Even so, that means about 4 implants out of every 1,000 fail. While rare, failures matter to us, which is why Dr. Lee plans carefully, always uses 3D imaging, PRF bone grafting when needed, and stays involved in follow-up. If an implant fails within the first few years, we often re-implant at no charge. If an implant isn’t the right option for you, we’ll say so and talk through alternatives.

Do you offer same-day crowns?

Yes. With our in-office technology we can often design, mill, and place a crown in a single visit so you don’t need a temporary or a second appointment.

Do you offer Invisalign?

Yes. Dr. Fiona Chan offers Invisalign clear aligners for patients who want a straighter smile without traditional braces. Call (909) 981-6882 to schedule a consult and see before and after photos.

Where are you located?

1183 E Foothill Blvd, Suite 240, Upland, CA 91786, inside the large Upland Medical Plaza. A small Kaiser branch is in the same plaza. Free on-site parking is available.
